Having diagnosed the problem, children or teachers can complete an action plan online.
	Action can target a single issue on one question/questionnaire, or a range of issues identified from all questionnaires.
	Action can target identified issues from the school, classroom, parents, teachers, support staff or individual.
	The children and the school can evaluate progress and plan continued development.
	An Open Forum for teachers and a Comments page for children, allows them to share inclusive issues.
