This is an activity where you can tell us how you feel about school. You will be asked questions about
Your Classroom |
Your School |
Your Playground |
Your Dining Area |
The Community

You must think carefully and respond honestly with your answers, so your teacher can continue to find out ways in which they can help you have a happy and successful time at school.
Answering Questions
You will be offered three choices for answering each question. The choices will use
weather
symbols to help you choose your answer.
This
animation will mean your answer is a happy One |
This
animation will mean Sometimes to a question |
This
animation means your answer is an unhappy one |
You will also be able to select feeling faces if you think these will be more helpful when
answering your questions.
The two arrows on the page let you go back to the previous question, or skip the question
if you are not sure what answer to give.
Think very hard before you answer a question, because
if you skip too many questions then your teacher will not find
out how you really feel about school.
REMEMBER
All your answers will help your teacher to help you.
When you click on your answer the symbol will become bigger.
The screen will then change displaying your answer before going on to the next question.

option you will be able to make a choice from the Top Navigation Bar.
There is a pupil's comments page for you to share your
thoughts with others and to make suggestions to the program provider. You may also complete an action plan for the school
council, your class or as yourself, to help tackle some of the problems you have discovered.

Before you start your questionnaire you will be able to make a choice for
your teacher to see your answers.
